Returns Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Vape Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the security seal is broken or the packaging has been opened:
- E-liquids & salts
- Coils, pods and tanks
- Rechargeable vapes
- Drip Tips
Faulty Items
Hardware (such as vape mods or batteries) that is found to be faulty can be returned within 28 days. Please contact us at cloudchaserslondon@gmail.com or visit our shop with your order number and a description of the fault. All faulty items must be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.
How To Return
To return your product, please mail it to: 22 New Rd, London E1 2AX. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is found to be faulty upon arrival.
